Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Cancellation Policy

We offer a flexible cancellation policy.You can cancel your order only if it hasn't been dispatched yet.Once your order is shipped,cancellations aren't possible. 
We also reserve the right to cancel orders if we suspect fraudulent activity or violations of our website's terms and conditions.
Refund Process
For cancelled orders,we'll process your refund within 2-5 business days after receiving your cancellation request.The refund will be initiated once we've confirmed that the order hasn't been shipped.If cancelled before shipment: 2-5 business days after receiving your cancellation request.
For card/net banking payments: Refund will be processed to the original payment account within 2-5 business days after receiving the product back (if applicable). 
It may take an additional 2-3 days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Returning an Order

You can return or exchange a product within 2 days of delivery.For defective products, please raise a return/exchange request within 5 days. To initiate a return, follow these steps:
1. Contact our Customer Support team via email hey@evervive.in within 2 days of delivery.
2. Provide your order ID, return reason, and images of the product (showing batch number and invoice).
3. We'll arrange a pickup within 2-4 business days. Refund or replacement will be initiated if the product is returned unused in its original packaging with seals, labels, and barcodes intact.

Return Not Accepted

Returns will not be accepted if:
- The product is returned unused without original packaging,tags,accessories,or with damaged packaging.
- The product's serial number is tampered with.
- The product's composition is altered.
- The return request is made after 7 business days from delivery.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please follow these steps within 2 days of delivery:
1. Email our Customer Support team at hey@evervive.in with your order ID and request for return/replacement/refund.
2. Include images or a video of the product,invoice,and batch details.

Please note:

For damaged products, provide images/videos of the damage and packaging. For tampered seals, provide images showing the tampering. 
For wrong products, provide images of the product and batch details.

Refund for Undelivered Orders

If delivery fails due to:
- Customer refusal
- Unavailability during delivery attempts
- Wrong/unreachable address

We'll process refunds as follows:

- Refund processed after receiving products back from logistics partner
- Original payment method will be used for refunds
- Refund timeline: 8-9 days after receiving products back (may reflect in next statement for card payments or 8-9 days for net banking refunds)

We may update this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and will be effective immediately.We recommend reviewing this page regularly to stay informed about any updates.
